, the corporate and fiduciary services arm of Ogier, has just appointed Hoan Nguyen (pictured) as commercial director of its Singapore office. In this newly-created role, Nguyen will use his expertise and business acumen, alongside Ogier Global’s team of professionals, to enhance client outcomes, the firm said in a statement. His appointment underscores Ogier Global’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Singapore and supporting clients considering Singapore as their hub for investment and wealth management. With over 17 years of experience in asset and wealth management, Nguyen will help drive Ogier Global’s business development initiatives and enhance its client service offerings in the Singapore market. A chartered accountant by profession, Nguyen has built a career specialising in the field of alternative investments, particularly within private markets. His expertise spans technical accounting, compliance, governance, and providing practical, commercially viable solutions to clients. Prior to joining Ogier Global, Nguyen developed a robust skill set at an accountancy firm in Singapore, leading teams which serviced a diverse portfolio of asset managers with responsibilities covering financial statements, internal audits, regulatory compliance, and consulting. “My goal is to foster robust relationships with our clients and partners, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their unique needs in this rapidly-evolving market,” Nguyen said.
